A little bit about us !!
I-Tech Energy Services, LLC is centrally located in Ohio and can easily service most Ohio cities and counties.
Inspector/Owner Rick A. Harrington is a Certified Level 1 Thermographer and has performed hundreds of thermal scans and energy assessments for homes and business throughout Ohio. He is also certified by CMC Energy Corp to perform Home Energy Tune-uPs.
Rick is on staff as an instructor at Hondros College in Ohio in the home inspection department.
The goal is assist the home or business owner in reducing energy consumption and thus making those funds available for more important expenditures or projects.
An energy assessment combines both a Thermal scan using an Infrared camera and the knowlegde of building envelopes and how building components and systems work together to ensure an energy efficient structure.
A written report with images is available with assessments.
